Bob and Erica Hazlett lead three ministries. Their work lived on four websites, two builders, and a parked domain. We brought it all under one name, built them a school, and gave each ministry a clear next step.
Here's what changed, in numbers. Everything below is live today.
51
Web address for the whole ministry, instead of five.
13
Pages on the new site, sharing one look from top to bottom.
54
Weekly lessons built into a new leadership school on Kajabi.
64
Course graphics, each one made from a template so new ones match.
8
Podcast episodes that show up on the site by themselves, straight from YouTube.
4
Checkout pages for the school, from a free orientation to a founding membership.
Where things stood.
Bob's personal site carried the brand. Erica's anti-trafficking work, Future Voices, had its own WordPress site. The podcast, Project Healed, had another. Events sold tickets from a fourth site, and the domain they bought for the new ministry still showed a parking page.
A visitor had no single place to start, and Erica's work was hard to find from Bob's site. Nothing tied the email lists together either.

Before
Built for the phone first.
Most visitors arrive on a phone. The new site has a full-screen menu, big tap targets, and a donate button that never leaves the top of the screen. Hover a phone to pause it.
After
What we built.
A new website was only part of the job. These are the pieces that do the work behind it. Try them.
WHOLE Leadership Institute
A leadership school, from curriculum to checkout.
Bob and Erica handed us a curriculum map. We turned it into a 54-week course in Kajabi with five pillars, a free four-video orientation with a 25-question self-assessment, and a matching graphic for every lesson. Each graphic comes from a coded template, so week 55 will look like week 1.
Checkout
Free looks free. Paid looks premium.
Kajabi's stock checkout still showed "[Offer title]" and "[Insert value 1]". We styled all four pages to match the school, and gave the free orientation its own look so nobody hunts for a credit card field.
Speaking requests
Invite Bob, Erica, or both.
The old form only said "Book Bob." Now hosts pick who they want, and the topic list changes to match.

Updates from YouTube
New episodes post themselves.
When they upload an episode to their YouTube playlist, it appears on the site within the hour. Nobody has to log in and copy a link.
We moved the new domains to Cloudflare, sent every variation to the main address, and kept their existing email running through the switch. The old sites get redirected after launch.

Giving
A give page that tells people where it goes.
Future Voices runs a home for children rescued from trafficking in the Philippines. The new give page leads with the real budget, the immediate need, and three giving levels that go straight to the giving form. Monthly partners and mail-in checks each have their own path.
